We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our client's manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, and subassemblies following work instructions and production schedules.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and interpret basic assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders.
• Package completed products and prepare them for shipment or the next stage of production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory counts, material handling, and other production-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Hours: 6:00 AM-3:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00/hour based on experience and qualifications.
